Second Skin Bodysuit accepts exchange of unused items by mail within 14 days for US customers and 30 days for internationals customers from the date of delivery – We are happy to accept such item in its original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached. For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been tried on in direct skin contact. Accordingly, please try the bodysuit over your own undergarments.
All accessories, veils and shape wear are FINAL SALE, no exchange or refund.
All sales with promo codes are Final Sale and non refundable, exchange only.
All wholesale orders are NOT refundable.
Refunds will be credited only to the original credit card that was used. We are only able to accept merchandise purchased from Second Skin Bodysuit website.
Return packages should be shipped prepaid through a traceable and signature upon delivery method such as UPS or Insured Parcel Post and those shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note that we only offer size/color exchanges. If the chosen substitute size/color is not in stock, we will contact you to confirm a refund. For alternative items, a new order must be placed.
